No. All plans are flat monthly fees regardless of how many students you enroll within your plan limit. You only pay more when you upgrade to a higher tier.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your admin panel. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
After 14 days you will be prompted to choose a plan. Your data is never deleted — we give you an additional 30 days to decide before any data is removed.
No setup fees. Onboarding is free and includes a guided walkthrough session with our team to get your branches, classes, and staff configured.
Yes. We offer special pricing for non-profits, government institutions, and large school networks. Contact us with your details and we will send a custom quote.
We accept bank transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and major debit/credit cards. Yearly plans can also be paid via cheque for enterprise customers.
Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime with no penalty — you keep access until the end of the billing period. Yearly plans are refundable within the first 30 days.
Enterprise customers get a 99.9% uptime SLA with a dedicated support manager, 4-hour response time for critical issues, and monthly uptime reports.
