For Students
Once registered, you can browse tutor profiles filtered by subject, language, country, and experience level. Each tutor's profile includes their bio, qualifications, subjects taught, and ratings. You can also set your learning interests in your student dashboard and we'll surface the most relevant tutors for you.
Yes, completely. Registering on getTutor360 is free. Browsing tutor profiles is free. You only pay when you're ready to book a session — and session pricing is set by each individual tutor so you always know what to expect upfront.
Every tutor on getTutor360 submits a CV and goes through a manual review by our Quality team. We verify educational credentials, check teaching experience, and assess the quality of their profile before approving them. You can see a "Verified" badge on approved profiles. We reject applications that don't meet our standards — so when you see a tutor on our platform, their qualifications have been reviewed.
Absolutely. getTutor360 is designed to be a multilingual platform. You can search for tutors by the language they teach in, and many tutors are fluent in multiple languages. Whether you want to learn entirely in Arabic, French, Spanish, Urdu, Swahili, or any other language — you'll find educators who can accommodate you.
Over 600 subjects and growing. We cover all academic disciplines (mathematics, sciences, humanities, social sciences), languages (100+ languages), professional skills (coding, finance, law), creative arts (music, design, painting, writing), spiritual studies (Quran, meditation, yoga), and test preparation (IELTS, SAT, GMAT, A-Level, IB). If you don't see your subject, register and set it as an interest — we'll notify you when a matching tutor joins.
Live session booking, integrated video calling, and smart scheduling are actively in development and part of our Phase 2 roadmap. For now, students and tutors can connect through the platform and arrange sessions through their preferred communication tools. We'll announce the launch of booking features via email to all registered members.
For Tutors
We don't require a specific degree for all subjects. What matters most is demonstrable expertise in your area, relevant experience teaching or mentoring, and a CV that supports your application. For academic subjects, university-level qualifications or significant professional experience are typically expected. For creative, language, or life skills, native proficiency and teaching experience are key. Our Quality team reviews each case individually.
Most tutor applications are reviewed within 24 hours of submission. During peak periods it may take up to 48 hours. You'll receive an email notification with the outcome. If your application is not approved, we'll explain why and, where possible, give you guidance on how to strengthen your profile for reapplication.
Integrated payments are part of our Phase 2 roadmap. Currently, tutors and students arrange payment directly through their preferred methods (bank transfer, PayPal, Wise, etc.). When our payment system launches, tutors will be able to set their rates, receive payments through the platform, and manage earnings from a dedicated dashboard. Early platform members will receive priority access to payment features.
Yes. You can add as many subjects as your qualifications support. Each subject can have its own description, level (beginner/intermediate/advanced), and skills. We encourage tutors to be honest about their expertise — listing subjects outside your genuine skill set can result in profile suspension.
We accept PDF, DOC, and DOCX formats. File size limit is 5MB. We recommend PDF for best compatibility. Your CV is only visible to the getTutor360 review team — it is never shown publicly to students. Please ensure your CV is up-to-date and includes your educational background, relevant certifications, and teaching/professional experience.
About the Platform
Yes. getTutor360 is a fully global platform with no geographic restrictions on who can register. We currently have active members in over 150 countries across six continents. Our goal is to eventually support every country on Earth.
We take privacy seriously. Your personal information is never sold to third parties. We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) across the platform.
