Manual Tutor Verification

Every tutor is reviewed by a human before their profile goes live. We check CVs, verify credentials, and confirm identities. No automated approval. Ever.

Zero-Tolerance Policy

Harassment, discrimination, impersonation, or any form of abuse results in immediate and permanent account termination — no warnings, no appeals for severe violations.

CV & Credential Review

Tutors must submit official CVs and qualification evidence. Our team reviews every document. Fraudulent submissions are permanently banned and reported.

Secure Data Handling

All connections are encrypted over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. CV documents are stored privately and never shown publicly.

Ongoing Monitoring

Our team monitors platform activity and responds to user reports daily. Suspicious accounts are investigated immediately and suspended pending review.

Easy Reporting

Any user can report a concern at any time. Reports are reviewed by a human within 24 hours. We take every report seriously.

Be Honest

Represent yourself accurately. Tutors must list only subjects they are genuinely qualified to teach. Students must provide honest goals and expectations.

Be Respectful

Every user deserves to be treated with dignity. Rude, dismissive, or discriminatory behaviour toward any user — regardless of their background, nationality, or beliefs — is not tolerated.

Protect Privacy

Do not share other users' personal information without consent. Do not attempt to contact users through channels outside the platform to circumvent our systems.

No Spam or Solicitation

Do not use the platform to send unsolicited messages, promote unrelated services, or recruit users to competing platforms.

Report, Don't Retaliate

If someone makes you feel unsafe, report them using our reporting tools or by emailing safety@gettutor360.com. Do not engage in counter-harassment.

Report a Safety Concern

If you've experienced or witnessed behaviour that violates our guidelines, please contact our Safety team immediately. All reports are confidential and reviewed within 24 hours.
