Accessibility Statement
getTutor360 is committed to ensuring that our platform is accessible to all users, regardless of ability or technology. Education should have no barriers — and that starts with how we build our product.
Our Commitment
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.
Keyboard Navigation
All interactive elements on the Platform — buttons, links, form fields, navigation — are fully keyboard accessible. You can navigate the entire site using Tab, Enter, Escape, and arrow keys without requiring a mouse.
Screen Reader Support
We use semantic HTML, proper heading hierarchy (H1–H5), ARIA labels on interactive controls, and descriptive alt text on images to ensure compatibility with screen readers including NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver.
Colour & Contrast
Our design uses a high-contrast dark theme with an amber accent. All primary text achieves a minimum contrast ratio of 4.5:1 against background colours, meeting WCAG AA requirements. We do not rely on colour alone to convey information.
Mobile Accessibility
The Platform is fully responsive and touch-accessible. All tap targets meet minimum size requirements. The mobile navigation is operable with assistive touch technology.
Text & Typography
Text can be resized up to 200% without loss of functionality. We use relative font units (rem/em) throughout. Line heights and letter spacing are optimised for readability.
Known Limitations
We are an early-stage platform and accessibility work is ongoing. Some legacy admin interface elements may not yet meet all WCAG 2.1 AA criteria. We are actively working to resolve these gaps and welcome reports of any issues.
Report an Issue
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on our platform, please contact us at accessibility@gettutor360.com. Include a description of the issue and the URL where you encountered it. We aim to acknowledge all reports within 2 business days and resolve issues within 30 days.
Report any accessibility issue and we'll prioritise a fix. Your feedback directly improves the Platform for everyone.
